This is a list of guidelines that pages need to conform to before the {{ConsolidationWIP}} template can be removed:
- All vocal synth vocalists should have a category.
If the page title has a romanization between brackets, the DEFAULTSORT template should be added (e.g., for ワールドイズマイン (World is Mine) --> {{DEFAULTSORT:World is Mine}})(Note: a bot is currently adding {{sort}} to pages, which automatically adds the required DEFAULTSORT code)- Links to UTAU Lyrics Wiki, Synthesizer V Lyrics Wiki, CeVIO Lyrics Wiki, and/or Voice Synthesizer Lyrics wiki should be removed.
- Any "Songs featuring VOCAL SYNTH ENGINE" category should be removed and replaced by categories for the specific software and vocalist (e.g., a page with the "Songs featuring UTAU" category should replace that category with "UTAU original songs")
- Any relevant background section (i.e., not information that is already in the songbox) should be moved to the songbox description.
- Broken templates should be replaced
- If a questionable/explicit template is present, specify why this song is questionable/explicit.
"Illustrationration" -> "illustration"- Any songs which are unavailable (i.e., no official uploads remain and it's not an album only song) should get and {{Unavailable}} template
- If a songbox contains links to old categories (e.g, [[:Category:LOLA original songs|LOLA]]), these should either be moved to the new category (e.g, [[:Category:Songs featuring LOLA|LOLA]]) or just removed (e.g, [[LOLA]])
- Have all relevant producer categories
- Pages that were imported from other wikis need redirects
- Pages with "X Lyrics Wiki" in front of the title should be checked for duplicates.
- If there are duplicates, the pages should be merged
- If there are no duplicates, the page can be renamed to "TITLE/Main producer"
- If alternate version of a song exists either a different vocalist or significant differences in the song, the {{AlternateVersion}} template should be added to the page like so. Note that this is not necessary if the alternate version is a remaster without significant differences (e.g, いかないで (Ikanaide)).
- Note: redlinks to images should be fixed later when the images from the other wikis get uploaded.
- If katakana lyrics is capitalized, (e.g, KATAKANA, KOOHII), it should be decapitalized.
If you want to do more, you could:
- Add a discography section
- Add tones to toneless Pinyin
- Sort the external links by official and unofficial uploads
- Double-check romaji, pinyin, romaja, etc.
- Add producer pages for the producers
- Fix links to Pricecheck's translations blog
