This is a list of guidelines that pages need to conform to before the {{ConsolidationWIP}} template can be removed:
- All vocal synth vocalists should have a category.
- Make sure that {{sort}} is on pages with title romanization between brackets and not on pages that don't need title romanization.
- Links to UTAU Lyrics Wiki, Synthesizer V Lyrics Wiki, CeVIO Lyrics Wiki, and/or Voice Synthesizer Lyrics wiki should be removed.
- Background section should be removed, if there is any, and any relevant information that's not already present in the songbox should be moved to the songbox description.
- Broken templates should be replaced.
- Check that all links are working. Add
<small>(deleted)</small>or<small>(privated)</small>after any broadcast links that are no longer working. Any songs which are unavailable (i.e., no official uploads remain and it's not an album only song) should get an {{Unavailable}} template at the top of the page (after the sort template if it exists). - Have all relevant producer categories.
- If an alternate version of a song exists, featuring either a different vocalist or significant differences in the song, the {{AlternateVersion}} template should be added to the page like so. Note that this is not necessary if the alternate version is a remaster without significant differences (e.g, いかないで (Ikanaide)).
- If katakana lyrics are capitalized, (e.g, KATAKANA, Koohii), they should be decapitalized.
- If the first word of each line of the romanization is capitalized, it should be decapitalized.
- If the External Links heading exists, remove the subheading
===Official===alongside sorting out unofficial links and place them under the subheading===Unofficial=== - For non-English songs with no translation present, remove the English lyrics heading if it's still present
If you want to do more, you could:
- Add a discography section if needed
- If a questionable/explicit template is present, specify why this song is questionable/explicit. (See Category:Tracking/Warning Templates Pending Review for more)
- Double-check romaji, pinyin, romaja, etc.
- Add producer pages for the producers
- Remove Category:Songs and
__NOTOC__from song pages in source editor - Replace VocaDB links with the {{VDB}} template
- Update viewcounts
- Replace
