This was in need of an English translation, as as Damesuke said on the Wikia Page the existing translation, while not totally off the mark, had some pretty grave misreadings. Below I will put down a rough/tentative translation.
どちらに進むか決めなさいと
問われ嘘をついた
- When I am asked to decide which way to go, I spouted out a lie.
右を示してくれた人は
左側へ行った
- The people who directed be to the right ended up going to the left side.
呼吸(いき)が出来るように
生きてけるように
- In order to breath, in order to live
そう言って
- Was what you said
言葉にするのは 苦しかっただろう
- Putting it into words must've been pretty painful.
傷だらけになったままで 笑っていた
- As I became covered in wounds, I laughed.
離れ離れになる事
恐れ逃げて目を逸らした
- Scared of the things that could separate us, I ran away and averted my gaze
足を止め、見え隠れする
- But I stop in my tracks, coming in and out of sight
犠牲・代償 何の覚悟もない
- And I am neither prepared to be or repay the victim
Not quite sure what the little 'dot' means in between the 'gisei' and 'daishou', and am uncertain if the 見え隠れする part acts as a modifier to 犠牲・代償。When listening, the する part seemed lower in inntonation.

犠牲・代償、その覚悟
- 'Victim and Compensation' that resolve
首から下げた愛情と
- I grasp the black gold ring
ブラックゴールドのリング握って
- And the love that dangled from my neck
足跡消えないように
- So my footprints won't dissapear
Is the proper order 「その覚悟と愛情も、私の首から下げた」or 「ブラックゴールドのリングと私の首から下げた愛情を握って」Or even 「首から下げた愛情はその覚悟ということ」?
