tepe (teppe, ytpeffect) is an arranger who was primarily responsible for arranging the music of the producer rerulili in the past. His productions are characterized by bold staging and distinctive voicing, instantly recognizable as tepe's work. In April 2020, he formed a group called Veill, consisting of himself, taichi who handles video production and bass, and kikunosuke who specializes in 3DCG.
As of May 2023, tepe has joined OTOIRO, a company led by DECO*27, where he continues to showcase his talents as an arranger, sound producer, and guitarist.
