Mochizuki Kei (望月けい, けい, Key) is an illustrator and manga artist from Osaka, currently residing in Tokyo. She began her career as a freelance illustrator after graduating from Osaka University of Art. She started receiving jobs for thumbnail illustrations for doujin activities and "utaite" videos around 2012.
Currently, Mochizuki Kei undertakes a wide array of projects, including character design, CD jackets, and illustrations for deformed merchandise, catering to both commercial and independent sectors. She also lists Kouno Megumi, Miwa Shirow, and Yoneyama Mai as favorite creators.
Her most notable works include "drop pop candy" and "Hibikase".
She was born on June 10, 1995.
