akka is an animator, illustrator, manga artist, and animation director affiliated with OTOIRO. Their debut work was a fanmade PV for "Nisoku Hokou" by DECO*27, which quickly gained popularity with over 100,000 views in a short period of time. This fanmade PV marks the initial collaboration with DECO*27 to produce PVs for him, such as "Yowamushi Montblanc", "Mozaik Role", "Android Girl", etc.

They are also the main character designer and animation director for "MILGRAM."
