Lyrics

Japanese Romaji English
That damn bastard spews up boring lies.
病気(sick)な細胞が 苦々しい仮面で繕った sick na saibou ga niganigashii kamen de tsukurotta I patched up my sick cells with disgusting masks.
噂話が一人歩きしてしまいました uwasabanashi ga hitori aruki shite shimaimashita The gossip ended up travelling unaided.
求められたモノは無言の愛 motomerareta mono wa mugon no ai Everything you could ever want is the love of muteness

二人 茶会(Tea Time)に逢いましょう futari Tea Time ni aimashou Together, let’s meet at teatime.
そこに とびきりの甘さを添えて soko ni tobikiri no amasa o soete I’ll garnish it with the choicest sweetness.
Carmen o odorimashou Let's dance the Carmen[1]
宴 燃え上がる怒りをどうぞ utage moeagaru ikari o douzo at the banquet. Please accept my burning rage.
Only a little bit left now…

搾取上手ですね 疑いも狂気の沙汰だって sakushu jouzu desu ne utagai mo kyouki no sata datte You’re good at putting the squeeze on—you even use doubt and crazy deeds.
跋扈(ばっこ)された娼婦 狂い咲き魅惑の仮面舞踏会(マスカレード) bakko sareta shoufu kuruizaki miwaku no masukareedo Prostitutes were running rampant, and the charming masquerade bloomed out of season.
痺れ始めた妄想 きりきり舞で殺し合った shibirehajimeta mousou kirikiri mai de koroshiatta I began to go numb in my delusion. We whirled around and killed each other.
涙ながらに言っていた ”助けて” namida nagara ni itte ita "tasukete" While crying, I was saying “help me…”

明日 茶会(Tea Time)に逢いましょう ashita Tea Time ni aimashou Tomorrow let’s meet at teatime.
そこに とびきりの甘さを添えて soko ni tobikiri no amasa o soete I’ll garnish it with the choicest sweetness.
Carmen o odorimashou Let’s dance the Carmen
宴 燃え上がる怒りをどうぞ utage moeagaru ikari o douzo at the banquet. Please accept my burning rage.

さよならの心拍数 怒りの血糖値を抑え sayonara no shinpakusuu ikari no kettouchi o osae This is my heart rate when bidding farewell. I restrain my blood sugar level when I’m angry.[2]
爆砕の脳卒中 壊れかけのクエスチョンマーク bakusai no nousocchuu kowarekake no kuesuchon maaku I have an explosive stroke. The question mark is almost broken.

明日 茶会(Tea Time)に逢いましょう ashita Tea Time ni aimashou Tomorrow let’s meet at teatime.
そこに とびきりの甘さを添えて soko ni tobikiri no amasa o soete I’ll garnish it with the choicest sweetness.

宴 燃え上がる怒りをどうぞ utage moeagaru ikari o douzo at the banquet. Please accept my burning rage.

愛してもらいましょ aishite moraimasho I’ll love you
やがて 何もかも許せる日まで yagate nanimokamo yuruseru hi made until the day finally comes when all can be forgiven.
大嫌いと言いましょ daikirai to iimasho I’ll say you’re loathsome.
Take my rage, which will turn to ash.
Only a little bit left now…

Translation Notes

  1. In this song, the English words in brackets that are sung in place of Japanese words closely match the meaning of what they replace. This is the exception: 情熱 (jounetsu – passion) is written, but Carmen is sung.
  2. I went with “my blood sugar level when I’m angry” because “blood sugar level of anger” just… sounded a bit odd.
